Reference Assistance

Law Library staff are highly skilled and stand ready to willingly facilitate the location of physical and digital materials referencing appropriate statutes, laws, regulations, cases, and procedural information.

Court Forms

The library maintains resources containing commonly used legal forms. The Pasco and Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court also provides forms and packets that may be viewed and downloaded online.

The Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court hosts multiple specialized, localized forms and packets engineered for direct public access.

Workspaces & Public Document Services

Florida Bar CLE Materials
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) study materials are strictly maintained on CD/DVD disc media sets. These specialized materials are available to be checked out exclusively by active members of the Florida Bar. Please consult directly with the on-site librarians for complete checklist details.
Electronic Research & Technology
Public computer terminals provide direct on-site access to the internet and premium electronic legal research products, including Westlaw. Free high-speed Wi-Fi access is also accessible throughout all areas of the courthouse facility.
Photocopying Services
A coin-operated photocopier is available for public use at a rate of 20 cents ($0.20) per page.
Public Fax Services
Documents may be reliably transmitted or received directly by the Law Library Staff. The standard service fee structure is $2.25 for the first page and $0.25 for each subsequent page.
