Attorney Express Access

Eligible members of The Florida Bar may apply for express access identification cards that provide expedited courthouse entry at participating Sixth Judicial Circuit facilities.

County Application Guidelines

Select the county where you wish to obtain attorney express access credentials.

Pasco County Courthouses

Members of the Florida Bar in good standing may apply to the Sheriff of Pasco County for a picture identification card. This card grants express entry at the West Pasco Judicial Center and the Dade City Courthouse.

Pinellas County Courthouses

Members of the Florida Bar in good standing may apply to the Sheriff of Pinellas County for a picture identification card. This card grants access to the Pinellas County Justice Center (CJC) through the designated employee entrance.

Requirements & Eligibility

Attorney Express Access cards are issued only after all required conditions have been met.

Completed Application
Submit a fully completed application through the appropriate county process.
Background Check
Applicants must successfully complete the required background screening.
Chief Judge Approval
Applications require approval by the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Processing Fees
Applicants must pay all applicable processing fees before issuance of an identification card.

Important Security Information

Cardholders may still be required to:
Pass through a magnetometer
Undergo hand-held screening
Submit to security inspections
Follow directions from court security personnel
Security staff and courthouse bailiffs retain discretion regarding screening procedures and courthouse access.
