Starting Annual Salary: $52,583.76
The HR Analyst I – Talent Management & Recruitment is responsible for coordinating all recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities. This position performs a variety of technical and administrative functions in support of personnel staffing, ensuring the Circuit’s compliance with applicable laws, administrative orders, and human resource policies. Working under the general supervision of the Chief of Personnel Services, the incumbent manages job postings, reviews applications, conducts initial HR interviews, coordinates interview panels, and maintains applicant tracking records. The position prepares and issues conditional offer letters, coordinates pre-employment processes, and assists with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, managing multiple priorities and contributing to the overall strength and effectiveness of the Circuit’s workforce. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and thorough knowledge of recruitment principles and best practices.
***This
is a five-day per week onsite position***
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, and
· Three (3) years of experience in recruitment or as a human resources generalist or specialist roles.
· Knowledge of recruitment principles and equal employment opportunity regulations.
· Knowledge of Employment Laws, Florida Statutes on Employment and Protective Laws and Regulations.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
· Professional demeanor and attention to confidentiality.
