California, U.S. 738 (1967). This Court provided the appellant with an opportunity to file his own brief, but the appellant failed to file one. This Court has reviewed the record, and finds that there was no error in the proceedings below.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
