entered by the Pinellas County Court
County Judge Karl Grube
Charles Scott, Pro Se
Attorney for appellee
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Charles Scott’s appeal from a judgment and sentence entered by the Pinellas County Court following a conviction for possession of alcohol in a city park. The appellant has failed in his burden to establish error in the court below. The judgment and sentence are valid. As noted above, the appellant pleaded guilty to the charge. There is nothing in the record to indicate that he preserved any issue for appellate review. The judgment and sentence must be affirmed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
