THIS MATTER is before the Court on Jared Berry’s Petition for Writ
of Prohibition. The Petition is denied. The hearing officer does not appear
to be assigned to this particular case. The Petition seeks in essence a blanket
disqualification against this hearing officer. That is not permissible. See
Cascone v. Foster, 774 So.2d 773 (
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Prohibition is denied.
