ORDER AND OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Terry Williams’ appeal from an order of the Pinellas County Court summarily denying his motion for post-conviction relief.

After reviewing the brief and record, this Court affirms the decision of the trial court.

This Court has reviewed the order denying the defendant’s motion for post-conviction relief, and finds that it adequately refutes each of the defendant’s allegations.

The first two issues could have been raised on appeal; therefore, the defendant is procedurally barred from raising the issues. The third issue is without merit. See State v. Atkinson, 755 So.2d 842 (Fla. 5^th DCA 2000).

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the decision of the trial court is affirmed.
