ORDER AND OPINION
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Peter Szwez’s appeal from a judgment and sentence entered by the Pinellas County Court. After reviewing the briefs and record this Court affirms the judgment and sentence.
A review of the record reveals that the trial judge’s decision was primarily a factual determination. The appellate court must give the trial court’s factual determinations great weight. Furthermore, the trial court’s rulings come to the appellate court with a presumption of correctness. In Re Guardianship of Read, 555 So.2d 869 (Fla. 2d DCA 1990). The record reveals that the trial judge gave the appellant a full hearing, and the trial court’s order shows that he did a thorough analysis of the case before reaching his conclusion. The appellant has not rebutted the presumption of correctness. Therefore, the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at St.Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida this _____ day of January, 2001.
