RE: CONTEMPT - TRAFFIC CASES
In order to provide for the orderly operation of the county court, it is hereby
ORDERED:
The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County shall utilize the attached Order to Show Cause to notify a defendant to appear before a judge on a contempt docket in all cases where the defendant has previously been arrested on a failure to comply warrant and bonded out on said warrant.
Pinellas County Court Administrative Order 86-6 is hereby rescinded.
