OFFICERS
In order to comply with Rule 7.140 of the Small Claims
Rules, and to provide for an efficient application of the rule to matters
pending in the County Court, Small Claims Division of Pinellas County, to
encourage, assist, and dispose in the settlement or mediation of such actions,
and to permit more productive and effective use of the judicial skills of the
County Court Judges assigned to hear and decide civil actions within the
jurisdiction of such Courts, it is
ORDERED:

Attorney-at-Law, is hereby designated as a Small Claims Pre-Trial Hearing
Officer for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for
