RE: PROCEEDINGS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 415

WHEREAS actions pursuant to Chapter 415 of the Florida Statutes may be brought to compel protective services for aged or disabled adults, and

IN ORDER to provide for the prompt and efficient disposition of such actions, it is

ORDERED:

That any action brought pursuant to Section 415.105 seeking emergency protective services for an aged person or disabled adult shall be filed and heard in the Probate and Guardianship Division of the Circuit Court.
