RE: SECTION ASSIGNMENTS
IN ORDER to provide for judicial continuity in
proceedings, which are transferred from small claims divisions to county civil
divisions and from county civil divisions to small claims divisions, it is
ORDERED:
1) That any
time a small claims proceeding is ordered transferred
to the county civil court, the Clerk shall reassign the cause to the county
civil section presided over by the judge who had been assigned to the small
claims section from which the case was transferred.
2) That any
time a county civil proceeding is ordered transferred to the small claims
court, the Clerk shall reassign the cause to the small claims section presided
over by the judge who had been assigned to the county civil section from which
the case was transferred.
