IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 90-150 S1790150

WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the undersigned that Writs of Possession issued by the Clerk's office include the words "and effects" in the language of the Writ of Possession form, it is

ORDERED:

1) That the Writ of Possession form utilized by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County be changed to read as follows:

"YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to remove all persons from the following described property in ______________________, County, Florida, after twenty-four (24) hours Notice has been conspicuously posed on the premises".

2) That Administrative Order 81-73 entered by the Honorable Robert E. Beach on October 29, 1981 and Amended Administrative Order 81-73 entered by the Honorable Robert E. Beach on November 9, 1981 are hereby rescinded.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, this 21st day of August, 1990.
