ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2005-027 PA/PI-CIR

RE:  COURT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT GROUP

 

The Court Emergency Management Group was established in Administrative Order PA/PI-CIR-02-14.  In order to update the membership and responsibilities of the Court Emergency Management Group,

 

IT IS ORDERED:

 

1.          The membership of the Court Emergency Management Group shall include:

 

The Chief Judge, Chairperson

 

The Pasco County Administrative Judge

 

The Pasco County Administrative County Judge

 

The Pinellas County Criminal Administrative Judge

 

The Pinellas County Administrative County Judge

 

The State Attorney or his representative, and one other person to be appointed by him to represent the Office of the State Attorney in Pasco County

 

The Public Defender or his representative, and one other person to be appointed by him to represent the Office of the Public Defender in Pasco County

 

The Sheriff of Pasco County or his representative

 

The Sheriff of Pinellas County or his representative

 

The Clerk of the Circuit Court Pasco County or his representative

 

The Clerk of the Circuit Court Pinellas County or his representative

 

The Trial Courts Administrator

 

The Court Counsel

 

The Pasco County Administrator or his representative, and two other persons to be appointed by him to represent the Pasco County Department of Emergency Management and the Department of Facilities Management

 

The Pinellas County Administrator or his representative, and two other persons to be appointed by him to represent the Pinellas County Department of Emergency Management and the Department of General Services

 

The Court Emergency Management Group was created by Administrative Order

PA/PI-CIR-02-14 and charged the responsibility to report to the Chief Judge on certain matters.  That charge has been accomplished.  The Group will receive additional charges from the Chief Judge by subsequent order of the court. 

 

The Administrative Office of the Courts will continue provide staff to the Court Emergency Management Group.

 

                  Administrative Order PA/PI-CIR-02-14 is hereby rescinded.

 

                  DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at St Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida this ____ day of June 2005.
