IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2003-021 PI-CIR

RE: SENIOR JUDGE SECTION

In order to utilize the assistance of senior judges approved by the Florida Supreme Court pursuant to Article V, section 2, Florida Constitution; and

In order to establish new sections within the Civil Division and the Family Division of the Pinellas Circuit Court; and

In order to provide for the assignment of cases to these new sections, it is

ORDERED:

1. Section 78 is established as a new section within the Civil Division of the circuit court.

2. Section 79 is established as a new section within the Family Division of the circuit court.

3. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County shall assign cases to Civil Section 78 and shall assign cases to Family Section 79 as directed by the Chief Judge.
