RE: DESIGNATIONS OF COUNTY COURT SECTIONS IN PASCO COUNTY
County Court sections
were designated by administrative order of the Pasco Administrative Judge, effective
July 1, 1994; and
In order to confirm such designations, it is hereby
ORDERED:
The following county court sections shall exist in Pasco County:

For purposes of this order
East Pasco means all areas of the county situate east of U. S. Highway 41. West
Pasco means all areas of the county situate west of U. S. Highway 41.
Pasco Administrative Order 94-23 is hereby rescinded.
