An administrative order is defined as:
A
directive necessary to administer properly the court's affairs
but not inconsistent with the constitution or with court rules
and administrative orders enacted by the supreme court.

All
orders must be signed by the chief judge of the judicial circuit.
Each order is recorded by the clerk of the court. A complete set
of administrative orders are maintained by the clerk of the court.
Administrative orders are considered public record and are available
for inspection and copying.
Copies
shall be provided to the requesting party for the cost of
duplication.
