Duty Judge Calendar

When the courthouses are closed, the State Attorney’s Dispatch office serves as a message center for the Duty Judge. That number is 727.464.6221.

An advisory judge is on duty on weekends and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to approximately noon at the following locations:

Pinellas
Pinellas County Justice Center
14250 49th Street North, Clearwater

Pasco: *
West Pasco Government Center
7530 Little Road, New Port Richey

OR

Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center
38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City

*As a general rule, if the judge covering (first appearance) advisories is assigned to the West Pasco Government Center, advisories will be at that location. East Pasco judges typically conduct advisory hearings in the Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center. However, there are some exceptions to the general rule. Persons planning to attend advisory hearings should confirm the location by calling State Attorney Dispatch (727.464.6221) before traveling to advisory hearings.
