This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of March 26, 1975, addressed to me as Chairman, Committee on Standards of Judicial Conduct.

I am forwarding your letter to the members of the Committee for their thoughts and suggestion, however, I am enclosing herewith a copy of a letter that I have this date directed to General Counsel of the Judicial Qualifications Commission which I feel in substance answers your inquiry.

In the event you think that our Committee should give further detailed consideration.to your questions, I will be glad to so inform the other members.
