Re: Canon 5B(l) & Commentary

It is the consensus of the Committee on Standards of Judicial Conduct that your activities with Community Mental Health Center, Inc., and your presidency of Florida State Mental Health Board tend to conflict with Canon 5B(l) of the Code of Judicial Conduct and the commentary thereunder.

As per our telephone conversation, I am enclosing similar inquiries of other Circuit Judges and a copy of our recommendations to them.
