Canon 4A;5A;6A(3)

Your letter of November 7, is being forwarded to the other members of our committee with a request for early reply.

In the meantime, it is my opinion that your proposed part time employment is permitted by Canon 4A, and Canon 5 A, if such avocational activities will not interfere with the performance of your judicial duties.

Upon compliance with Canon 6 A(3). Public Report, you may in my opinion, ethically undertake the additional responsibility of teaching and lecturing in the College of Law at the University of Florida

Should a majority of our Committee disagree with me, I will advise you promptly.
