Your inquiry of March 22, 1973, along with a copy of the By-laws of Mental Health Board, Inc., was submitted to the members of the Committee on Standards of Judicial Conduct.

They approve your membership on the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Board, Inc., as being consistent with the Standards of Judicial Conduct and representation thereon would be acceptable under our Standards of Judicial Conduct.
