Dear Judge

Reference is made to your letter of February 1, 1973, directed to the Honorable Vassar B. Carlton, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Florida. As you know, Justice Carlton forwarded your request to me as chairman of the Committee on Standards of Judicial Conduct.

You are advised that a majority of the Committee on Standards of Judicial Conduct are of the opinion that your appointment as ancillary administrator under the circumstances described in your letter, will be consistent with the code of judicial conduct.

Further, it appears that the demands on your time, and the probability of conflicts of interest are not substantial.
