Dear Judge:

This is in response to your inquiry as to whether you may petition the Florida Supreme Court to review the Florida Bar Dues Structure re County Judges. The seven members of our Committee who responded to this inquiry were of the opinion that the Canons do not prohibit a judge from petitioning the Florida Supreme Court to review the Florida Bar Dues Structure.
