Dear Judge:

The Committee on Standards of Conduct Governing Judges voted 6-3 that it is improper for you to write a book review and critique on the book entitled "A Critical Analysis - The Warren Court". The reasoning was that to do so might be detrimental to the integrity of the judiciary, and might also lead to your recusal.
