ORDER AND OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the defendant’s appeal from a judgment and sentence entered by the Pinellas County Court following her conviction after a jury trial for disorderly conduct. Counsel for the appellant has filed an Anders brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). This Court provided the appellant with an opportunity to file her own brief, but the defendant did not file one. This Court has reviewed the record, and finds that there was no error in the proceedings below.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the judgment and sentence is affirmed.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida this ____ day of February, 2008.
