ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. PI-CTY-97-6

RE: FINES AND COSTS FOR COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
VIOLATIONS - JUVENILE CURFEW

Administrative Order 86-15 implemented the Pinellas County Uniform Fine Schedule; and

In 1994, counties and municipalities were authorized to adopt local juvenile curfew ordinances by incorporating by reference the provisions of Sections 877.20 - 877.25, Florida Statutes; and

Local juvenile curfew ordinances have been adopted by municipalities in Pinellas County; and
In order to provide for a mechanism for the enforcement of local juvenile curfew ordinances, it is

ORDERED:

1. The civil infraction relating to violation of a local juvenile curfew ordinance adopted pursuant to Sections 877.20 - 877.25, Florida Statutes, shall be a Category III offense under the Pinellas County Court Uniform Fine Schedule for local ordinance violations.

2. Hearings shall be scheduled on the Local Ordinance Violations (LOV) calendar.
