RE:ASSIGNMENT OF PROBATE CASES
GUARDIANSHIP AND PROBATE DIVISION

In order to provide for the assignment and reassignment of probate cases filed in the Guardianship and Probate Division, Pinellas County, it is

ORDERED:

1. All new out of county probate cases filed in Pinellas County in which the first three numbers of the zip code of the Petitioner's attorney, or unrepresented Petitioner are 339, 341 or 342, shall be assigned to Section 4.

2.All new filings involving Petitions for Summary Administration and Petitions for
Family Administration shall be assigned as follows:

a. Cases in which the address of the Petitioner's attorney or unrepresented Petitioner is located south of Ulmerton Road and out of county cases filed in Pinellas County in which the first three numbers of the zip code of the Petitioner's attorney, or unrepresented Petitioner are 339, 341 or 342 shall be assigned to Section 4.

b. Cases in which the address of the Petitioner's attorney or unrepresented Petitioner is located north of Ulmerton Road and out of county cases filed in Pinellas County which are not assigned in accordance with paragraph 2a above shall be assigned to Section 3.

3. Section 10 of the Guardianship and Probate Division is hereby abolished. All cases currently assigned to Section 10 shall be reassigned to Section 4.

4. Administrative Order PI-CIR-97-48 is hereby rescinded.

5. This Order shall take effect August 11, 1997.

Administrative Order PI-CIR-97-33 is hereby rescinded.
