RE: MASS MOTION AND HEARING CALENDARS
CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 91-115, a mass motion and hearing calendar was created in both the St. Petersburg Judicial Building and Clearwater Courthouse for civil proceedings. The assigned emergency judge was ordered to preside over the mass motion and hearing calendars, which were scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m.

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 92-78, the mass motion calendars for circuit civil proceedings were rescheduled to 9:00 a.m. On Tuesdays at the Clearwater Courthouse and on Thursdays at the St. Petersburg Judicial Building.

Because there is no longer a need for the emergency/duty judge to preside over such mass motion and hearing calendars, it is hereby

ORDERED:
The mass motion and hearing calendars in both the St. Petersburg Judicial Building and Clearwater Courthouse for circuit civil proceedings are abolished.

Administrative Order No. 91-115 and paragraph 1 of Administrative Order No. 92-78, scheduling the mass motion and hearing calendar for circuit civil proceedings, are hereby rescinded. All other provisions of Administrative Order 92-78 shall remain in effect.
