IN RE: FIRST STEP, INC.


Pursuant to Chapter 95-189, Laws of Florida, the Court may include as a condition of probation or community control that a probationer or offender pay not more than $1 per month during the term of probation or community control to a nonprofit organization established for the sole purpose of supplementing the rehabilitative efforts of the Department of Corrections. It is therefore

ORDERED that Administrative Order 95-41 is hereby rescinded.
