RE: TRIAL SUBPOENAS
The Court being apprised that it is the standard procedure of the Office
of the Public Defender to subpoena for trial all State's witnesses irrespective
of whether or not the State has previously issued such subpoenas.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED
1. That all subpoenas for trial of witnesses issued by the Office of the
State Attorney shall be for the use and benefit of the State Attorney and
the Public Defender.
2. The State Attorney shall release no such witnesses from the necessity
of appearance without the consent of the Public Defender or Order of the
Court.
3. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall issue no subpoenas on behalf of
the Public Defender which duplicate a subpoena issued by the State Attorney.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida,
