ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2011-039 PI-CIR
RE: ELIMINATION OF TRUANCY MAGISTRATE PROGRAM
Representatives from the Juvenile Welfare Board have informed the Court that the Board will discontinue funding for the Truancy Magistrate Program. In accordance with Article V, §2 Florida Constitution, Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, and §43.26, Florida Statutes,
IT IS ORDERED:
The referrals to the Truancy Magistrate Program for all cases currently pending in that program are hereby rescinded. See Attachment One for a listing of those cases. The cases remain in section U and will be heard by the judge assigned to Section 5, Unified Family Court.
Administrative Order 2010-047 PI-CIR is hereby rescinded.
