RE:     MEDIA POLICY – RECISION OF TEMPORARY REVISIONS FOR THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE CENTER IN PINELLAS COUNTY

 

            Due to the conclusion of jury selection and other proceedings held within the Sixth Judicial Circuit at the Criminal Justice Center, in the Ninth Judicial Circuit case of State of Florida v. Casey Marie Anthony, Ninth Circuit case no. 48-2008-CF-015606-O, the case has returned to the Ninth Circuit.  Therefore, it is necessary to fully reinstate Administrative Order 2008-076 for the Criminal Justice Center.  Accordingly it is  

 

ORDERED:

 

            Administrative Orders 2011-018 and 2011-019 are hereby rescinded effective immediately. 

 

Administrative Order 2008-076 is fully reinstated at the Criminal Justice Center in Pinellas County.

 

All provisions of Administrative Order 2008-076 remain in full force and effect in Pasco and Pinellas Counties.
