RE:     REASSIGNMENT OF CASES

 

IT is necessary to reassign the cases listed below.  In order to provide for assignment of these cases and in accordance with Article V, section 2, Florida Constitution, Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, and section 43.26, Florida Statutes, and Local Rule 3,

 

            IT IS ORDERED:

 

1.      The Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to reassign the following cases, and any other open case in Section 5 where attorney Patrice Moore is attorney of record to Section 6:

2.      The Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to reassign the following cases, and any other open case in Section D where attorney Keith Meyer or the law firm of Tinny, Meyer & Piccarreto, P.A. is attorney of record, to Section T:

3.      The Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to reassign the following cases, and any other open case in Section 25 where attorney Kimberly Todd is attorney of record, to one of the Pinellas Family Court sections in Clearwater on an equal, at random, blind basis:
