RE:     LOCAL ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS                                          

FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION VIOLATIONS

UNIFORM FINE SCHEDULE – AMENDMENTS

 

            In order to amend Administrative Order 2007-024 PI-CTY to add classifications for violations related to pain management clinics, fertilizing, and tethering of animals; to increase the fine schedule for all classes of violations by $5.00; and to clarify language on watering violations, it is hereby,

 

ORDERED:

 

Effective October 1, 2010, Attachment A in Administrative Order 2007-024 PI-CTY is hereby amended as reflected on revised Attachment A. 

 

All other provisions of Administrative Order 2007-024 PI-CTY remain in full force and effect.

 

            DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida this 22nd day of September 2010.
