  • Conducts return hearings on injunctions for protection on Thursday in accordance with Administrative Order 2009-078 PI-CIR
  • Serves on the Pinellas County Canvassing Board in accordance with Administrative Order PI-CTY-02-08

 

       The temporary assignment of the advisory county court judges to the criminal division and the probate division is made pursuant to Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215.  The judges are by virtue of the authority hereof, vested with all and singular the powers and prerogatives conferred by the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida upon the judges of the Circuit Court to which the judges are hereby assigned.
