2009-077 PI-CIR
RE: REFERRALS
TO TRUANCY MAGISTRATE
Administrative Order No. 2009-051 PI-CIR updated the
mechanism for referral of truancy petitions to a truancy magistrate and modified
the list of participating schools. Since that Administrative Order, the
Juvenile Welfare Board approved an increased budget that provides for the
participation of additional schools.
Therefore, in order to provide for referral to a
truancy magistrate in the selected middle schools, and in accordance with
§984.151(3), Florida Statutes, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1.
Paragraph 1 of Administrative Order 2009-051 PI-CIR is hereby amended by adding
Bay Point Middle School, Dunedin Middle School, and Pinellas Park Middle School
to the list of participating schools.
All other terms and condition of
Administrative Order No. 2009-051 PI-CIR shall remain in full force and effect.
