ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2009-047 PI-CIR
RE: PROBATE DIVISION
ASSIGNMENT
It is necessary to
the dispatch of the business of the Circuit and County Court, Sixth Judicial
Circuit, for a county judge in Pinellas County to be assigned to the probate
division in Pinellas County. This
temporary assignment of a County Court judge to Circuit Court is made pursuant
to Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215.
This assignment is made until December 31, 2009; however, it may be
revoked if the county judge is needed for county court matters or other
circumstances require it.
IT IS ORDERED:
The
Honorable Patrick K. Caddell is assigned to assist the probate division and is,
under and by virtue of the authority hereof, vested with all and singular the
powers and prerogatives conferred by the Constitution and laws of the State of
Florida upon the judges of the Circuit Court to which he is hereby
assigned. Judge Patrick K. Caddell is
assigned to Probate sections 3 and 4 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays with
the specific location to be determined by the Probate Administrative Judge as
circumstances require.
