In order to assist the Appellate
Panels, it is
ORDERED:
1. Administrative
Order 2008-055 PI-CIR is amended to reflect the following addition:
CIVIL
APPELLATE PANELS
Pinellas
– South County
Judge
Peter Ramsberger (Associate Appellate Judge)
2. When
a member of the Civil Appellate Panel has a conflict or when the primary
appellate judge determines that an additional judge is needed to assist with
the workload, Judge Peter Ramsberger may be included as an appellate panel
judge.
All
other terms and conditions of Administrative Order 2008-055 PI-CIR remain in
full force and effect.
