RE: APPOINTMENT
OF ADDITIONAL CIVIL TRAFFIC INFRACTION HEARING
OFFICER
As provided in paragraph 13 of Administrative
Order No. 2006-015 PA/PI-CIR, in order to provide an additional Civil Traffic
Infraction Hearing Officer in accordance with Florida Rules of Traffic Court
6.630(c),
IT IS ORDERED:
1. Paragraph 5 of Administrative Order No. 2006-015 PA/PI-CIR re: Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officers is hereby amended to add attorney Francis McGarry Lee to the list of attorneys approved to act as Hearing Officers and authorized to hear proceedings in either Pasco or Pinellas Counties. Mr. Lee’s attached executed oath of office, shall be properly recorded in the Official Records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida with this Administrative Order.
Except as provided above, Administrative Order No. 2006-015 PA/PI-CIR
remains in full force and effect.
