RE:     AMENDED GENERAL MAGISTRATES AND CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT HEARING OFFICERS

 

            Due to the budget crisis, the Legislature has made significant cuts to funding for the court system.  The Sixth Circuit has been required to make numerous adjustments to court operations and court programs, some of which were addressed in Administrative Order 2008-036 PA/PI-CIR.  In addition, it is necessary to eliminate contractual magistrates and to rescind the authorization for magistrates who are no longer employed by the court.  Accordingly, it is hereby

 

ORDERED:

 

            1.  Administrative Order 2007-008 PA/PI-CIR is hereby amended to revoke the following appointments as General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco and Pinellas Counties:

 

a.                Sharon Gallagher

b.               Dawn Hulbert

c.                Paul Kaleel

d.               Charlene Murphy

e.                Cheryl Smith-Khan

f.                Joanna Staffeld                      

 

            All other terms and conditions of Administrative Order 2007-008 PA/PI-CIR remain in full force and effect.

 

2.     Administrative Order 2007-071 PA/PI-CIR is hereby amended to revoke the following appointments as General Magistrates and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officers for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco and Pinellas Counties:

 

a.                Mark J. Aubin

b.               Timothy M. Beasley

c.                Lorena L. Kiely

d.               Judith Redfern Koch

e.                Jennifer S. Paullin

f.                Frederick L. Pollack

 

            All other terms and conditions of Administrative Order 2007-071 PA/PI-CIR remain in full force and effect.

 

            Administrative Order 2007-067 PA/PI-CIR is hereby rescinded.

 

            DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, this _____ day of August 2008.
