ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2008-047 PA-CIR

RE:      TROPICAL STORM FAY

 

Due to the approach of Tropical Storm Fay and in order to provide for continued operations of the Court during an emergency in Pasco County, it is hereby

 

ORDERED:

 

            Administrative Order 2005-042 PA/PI-CIR is hereby activated and regular court operations shall cease in Pasco County, effective 6:00 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2008.  Crucial functions will continue at the discretion of the Chief Judge in accordance with Administrative Order 2005-042 PA/PI-CIR.  This Administrative Order is hereby rescinded 8:00 a.m., Wednesday August 20, 2008, unless otherwise extended by order from the Chief Judge.  

 

            DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida this 18th day of August, 2008.
