RE:   INCAPACITY AND GUARDIANSHIP CASES AND GUARDIAN ADVOCATE PROCEEDINGS - APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY

        

The Regional Counsel has notified the court that the office is ready to receive appointments in guardianship cases in Pasco County.

 

Administrative Order 2007-103 also needs to be amended to clarify its application to proceedings filed pursuant to section 393.12, Florida Statutes.  Accordingly,

 

IT IS ORDERED:

 

1.        The provisions of Administrative Order 2007-103 apply in both Pasco and Pinellas Counties.

2.        Guardian Advocate proceedings filed pursuant to section 393.12, Florida Statutes, are governed by Chapter 744 and accordingly the provisions in Administrative Order 2007-103 apply to such proceedings. 

 

All other terms and conditions of Administrative Order 2007-103 remain in full force and effect.
