RE: AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGES and CIRCUIT ASSIGNMENTS

– PASCO COUNTY

JANUARY 1, 2008

Administrative Order 2007-076 PA-CIR is hereby amended to reflect the following changes effective January 1, 2008:

EAST PASCO JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS

CRIMINAL COURT SECTIONS

Sections 1, 2 Judge Pat Siracusa

All criminal cases, including violations of probation

WEST PASCO JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS

CRIMINAL COURT SECTIONS

Section 3 Judge Jack Day

50% Criminal cases, including section 03

violations of probation

Indirect criminal contempt affidavits filed in

Section Q1 and prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office

All other provisions in Administrative Order 2007-076 PA-CIR shall remain in full force and effect.
