                  For purpose of this Order, East Pasco means all areas of the county situate east of U.S. Highway 41.  West Pasco means all areas of the county west of U.S. Highway 41.

 

                  Effective January 1, 2008, Administrative Order 2006-100 PA-CTY is hereby rescinded.

                 

                  DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida this _________ day of September 2007.
