RE: AMENDED COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS

On June 15, 2007, Chief Judge David A. Demers and Chief Judge-elect Robert J. Morris, Jr. entered Administrative Order 2007-053 PA/PI-CIR re: Court Appointed Attorneys. Since this order, the Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) has provided new contracts to court appointed attorneys, the JAC has notified the Court of the status of all such attorneys, and attorneys have had a reasonable opportunity to sign the contract with JAC. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED

Effective Tuesday, August 28, 2007, Administrative Order 2007-053 PA/PI-CIR is hereby rescinded.
