RE:     APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF AGENT FOR THE HUMANE SOCIETY

OF PINELLAS

 

Section 828.03(2), Florida Statutes, mandates that the appointment of investigative agents for the Humane Society of Pinellas, Inc. be approved by the county court judge or a judge of the circuit court in the county in which the Humane Society is located.

 

The Humane Society of Pinellas has requested the approval of Abigail Appleton to serve as its agent.  Judge Henry J. Andringa, County Administrative Judge, interviewed and recommends the approval of Abigail Appleton.  It is hereby

 

ORDERED:

 

That the appointment of Abigail Appleton is approved.  This Order shall take effect immediately.
