RE: APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF AGENT FOR THE
SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO
ANIMALS OF
Whereas, section 828.03(2), Florida
Statutes, mandates that the appointment of investigative agents for the Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) be approved by a judge of the
county or circuit court in the county in which the SPCA is located; and
Whereas, the SPCA of West Pasco has
requested the approval of Leslie J. Power to serve as its agent; it is hereby
ORDERED:
That the appointment of Leslie J. Power
is approved. This Order shall take
effect immediately.
