RE: COURT OPERATIONS IN EMERGENCIES

In order to clarify that the Chief Judge may appoint a designee to serve in place of the Chief Judge as the team leader for Emergency Response Team C,

IT IS ORDERED:

Administrative Order 2005-042 PA/PI-CIR is amended as follows:

At the end of the first paragraph in section 5, the following is added:

The Chief Judge may name a judge as his or her designee to serve as team leader for Emergency Response Team C. The designee has the responsibilities specified in this order for a judge on the Emergency Response Team but not other responsibilities of the Chief Judge or Acting Chief Judge specified in the Administrative Order.

All other terms and conditions of Administrative Order 2005-042 PA/PI-CIR remain in full force and effect.
