RE: PINELLAS
COUNTY PARKING TICKETS
Administrative Order 90-19 is
hereby amended to add the following provision at the end of paragraph C:
In the event any person with a
warrant because of a delinquent parking violation appears at an office of the Pinellas County Sheriff with payment for the full amount
of the delinquent parking violation, the Sheriff shall collect the payment and
forward it to the Clerk of Court who will withdraw and cancel the warrant; the
Sheriff shall not arrest or book the person into the county jail.
All other terms and conditions of
Administrative Order 90-19 remain in full force and effect.
